CONSULTING SESSION

One online consulting session for new or recurring clients on financial planning, valuation, seed or early-stage fundraising or exit strategy.

You can get in contact whenever there is an issue that you wish to discuss, during negotiations when you have a doubt in the approach to follow or to know more about specific financial techniques.

You can easily pay and book a time for the call online.

There is no minimum or maximum call duration, as it will depend on the subject, but a pre-call or after-call work is not included. When you require support with investors that include documents reviews, meeting preparation or due diligence support, please refer to the ‘One week consulting and updates’ option.

INVESTMENT READINESS WEBINAR

The online webinar is suitable for both seed stage companies and business angels.

The online training will include a link to an investment readiness power point presentation with the following subjects:
– Fundamentals for the startups financing strategy
– Understanding the valuation
– Identifying the market
– Basics of the financial plan
– Exit strategy and value
– Discounting and DCF valuation (basics)
– Seed stage and venture capital valuation methods
– Negotiations and documents for investors

The training will last an estimate 1-1.5 hours, plus a Q&A session or questions answered during the training specific to your company. You can reserve 2 hours of your time in case you have many questions.

FUNDRAISING TRAINING

This service is suitable for seed stage startups looking to raise funds independently or as a preparation to raising funds through Valithea.

The training will provide resources and knowledge to be able to search and close a deal more efficiently.

The training will begin with a an investment readiness presentation with the following subjects:
– Fundamentals for the startups financing strategy
– Understanding the valuation
– Identifying the market
– Basics of the financial plan
– Exit strategy and value
– Discounting and DCF valuation (basics)
– Seed stage and venture capital valuation methods
– Negotiations and documents for investors

After the call, you will receive templates of a simple financial plan with instructions, pitch deck, business plan, executive summary and teaser.

During a 2-month period, we will schedule 3 additional calls, each with a set goal of completing the financial plan, pitch deck and setting a financing strategy. I will review your prepared documents before the call (editing is not included).

I will schedule some calls to ensure that you have grasped the concepts of investment readiness and that you are able to use the financial plan template and understanding how to measure your financial success.
